In which colors will the Gift Box be available?
The box will be available in two colors. You can choose
between gold and silver. Which color will you go for?
Can I order the Gift Box in mixed colors?
We only offer gold or silver. Bicolor is not available.
Can I order multiple Gift Boxes at once?
Absolutely! Please note that the quantities are strictly limited, so
be quick.
Attention: Reselling is not allowed. PV Commerce GmbH is the only authorized seller for the PV Gift Box.
Can I use a gift card/discount code for the purchase of the Gift Box?
Gift cards can be redeemed.
Our Gift Box contains unique pieces, so discount codes cannot applied to it.
Can I buy the products included in the Gift Box separately in the store?
Our special products are exclusively available in the Gift Box and cannot be purchased individually in the store.
Can I change the color of the Gift Box after my order?

Can I return the Gift Box if I don’t like it?
The box can only be returned unopened and in its original
condition. Once a door of the box has been opened, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
You can return the box within the legal 14-days return period
from the date of delivery.
The costs for a return are to be borne by the customer and may
vary depending on the country. We do not assume any liability for
return shipping. We recommend choosing insured shipping only

Both boxes contain the same pieces of jewellery except for one
door.
Jewellery & Watch Box contains 11 pieces of jewelry and 1
watch (available in silver or gold).
Jewellery Only Box contains 12 pieces of jewellery (available in
silver or gold).
